The T3 Logo. . .
Triathlon is about balance. Notice the upside down triangle standing on its point?
It takes balance to maintain this position. The same is true about the three
disciplines of triathlon: swim, bike, run as found within the
outer blue triangle of our logo. All three must be one to truly master this sport.
While triathlon consists of three sports it has five events:
- the swim
- swim-to-bike transition (T1)
- the bike
- the bike-to-run transition (T2)
- and finally a run.
The red T3 in the center of the inner burst of orange and yellow
triangle represents the final leg of mastering the sport. It is improving on your
past performance through solid training and recovery, and professional coaching.
What we term, "Transitioning Athletes to the Next Level" in yellow
represents a new beginning.
T3Coaching was founded on August 12, 2002. So now you know what the T3 Logo
really means.
