Triathlon is my passion and a growing sport. As a USA Triathlon certified coach, it is my goal to introduce the sport to new athletes and help those experienced athletes take their performance to the next level. I believe that anyone, of any age or experience, can partcipate in triathlon if they have proper technique, training, recovery, and nutrition. If these come together the athlete will be successful.
