As a Sports Dietitian and endurance coach, I create individualized nutrition and training programs for athletes of all levels and abilities; locally, nationally and internationally. Some of my current and previous endurance athletes include recreational multi-sport athletes (sprint to Iron distance), elite/professional triathletes including members of the USA Triathlon Resident and Under 23 teams as well as a USAT Junior World Champion. I have also worked with single sport athletes such as runners and cyclists including the 2003 Race Across America Team FOI. In addition, I have consulted with strength and power athletes including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, professionals in Major League Baseball, world-class athletes in track and field.

I apply practical application of current nutrition and exercise physiology research into my practice and maintain professional affiliations with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American College of Sports Medicine. I am a firm believer in the “practice what you preach” philosophy. I am also a competitive endurance athlete having completed multiple marathons, triathlons from sprint to Iron distance. In 2007, I will be racing sprint and Ironman distances for HerSports Magazine Triathlon Team as well as competing for the second time in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
